Custom Manufacturing
What is your MOQ for custom hardware?
MOQ starts from 50 pcs per style for standard finishes. Fully custom tooling or private-label packaging may carry a higher initial run — we confirm against your drawing.
Can you sign an NDA and protect my design?
Yes. We sign NDAs and treat your drawings as confidential; we do not resell or reuse a customer's exclusive tooling for other clients.
How long does tooling and sampling take?
A prototype is typically ready in about 15 days after the drawing is confirmed. Tooling for fully new profiles is scoped case by case and quoted up front.
Do you provide CAD and test documentation?
We supply 3D models, engineering drawings, material analysis (304/316) and salt-spray reports to support your specification and quality files.
